Siemens completes acquisition of ebm-papst industrial drive technology business

On July 7th, according to Siemens news, ebm-papst announced for the first time in March 2024 its intention to sell its industrial drive technology division to Siemens AG and signed an agreement. Currently, the transaction has been officially completed. In the future, this business will be marketed under the name "Mechatronic Systems" under Siemens, with a product portfolio that includes ultra-low voltage intelligent integrated mechatronic systems
