Experts: Further optimization of the foreign trade environment is needed
The foreign trade import and export data for the first half of the year is about to be released. In the face of a complex and severe external situation, foreign trade enterprises actively responded to the diversified demands of the global market in the first half of the year, continuously launching new products and enhancing product competitiveness, with stable growth in orders. Against the backdrop of foreign trade enterprises adapting and innovating, and the effective implementation of stable foreign trade policies, China's foreign trade in the first half of the year has maintained volume stability and quality improvement, demonstrating strong resilience. Experts believe that in the second half of the year, external uncertainties and instability will still pose challenges to China's foreign trade development, necessitating further optimization of the foreign trade environment, strengthening coverage of export credit insurance, and deepening the alignment of regional economic and trade rules to respond to external environmental uncertainties with the certainty of high-quality development.
