VC HOLDINGS has completely divested HAO TIAN INTL and expects a loss of 18.07 million yuan

VC HOLDINGS (00821.HK) announced that from July 16 of last year to the 15th of this month, it sold a total of 63.24 million shares of HAO TIAN INTL (01341.HK) at an average price of HKD 0.248 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 15.65 million. It is expected to recognize a realized loss of approximately HKD 18.07 million. After completion, the group no longer holds any shares of HAO TIAN INTL
