週四（7 月 24 日）紐約尾盤，歐元兑美元下跌 0.23%、報 1.1743，北京時間 21:00（歐洲央行宣佈按兵不動、行長拉加德新聞發佈會開始之後）刷新日低至 1.1731，隨後出現一波迅猛拉昇行情，22:15 刷新日高至 1.1789，美股盤後，隨着美國總統特朗普談及與歐盟的貿易談判而快速下挫。

ICE 美元指數在美股收盤之後繼續走高，漲 0.33%，在特朗普參觀美聯儲大樓翻修現場之後刷新日高至 97.550 點；彭博美元指數漲 0.18%，在美股收盤之際最終報 119.20 點。
