
CALC plans to sell eight aircraft with lease agreements

China Aircraft Leasing Group announced plans to sell eight aircraft with lease agreements to enhance capital utilization and pursue long-term sustainable growth. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 31, 2025, and the assets for sale include six aircraft owned by the Group (four Airbus A320neo, one Airbus A321neo, and one Airbus A320ceo) and two aircraft managed by the Group, which are expected to be completed by the end of October 2025
According to the announcement from China Aircraft Leasing (01848), in order to enhance capital utilization and pursue long-term sustainable growth, on July 31, 2025 (after trading hours), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary special purpose entity (seller) entered into a "Aircraft Portfolio and Asset Purchase Agreement" with an independent third party (buyer) for the sale of eight leased aircraft, including six aircraft owned by the Group and two aircraft managed by the Group. The sale is expected to be completed by the end of October 2025.
