The statement from Chenglong Trucks mentioned, "The behavior of a certain automobile brand releasing a video of a frontal collision with Chenglong Trucks on July 29, 2025, constitutes serious infringement, exceeding the normal scope of commercial competition, severely misleading and damaging the public's right to know, and has brought significant negative impact on our brand and commercial reputation, suspected of violating the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, the Advertising Law, and the Civil Code, among other relevant laws."
