TRIO IND ELEC: Leung Tak Ho will be appointed as the company's executive director
TRIO IND ELEC announced that, effective July 31, 2025, Dai Lianglin will resign as executive director, and Liang Dehao will be appointed as executive director starting August 1, 2025. At the same time, Liu Yun will serve as the company's authorized representative starting July 31, 2025. In addition, TRIO IND ELEC has signed a consulting agreement with Dai Lianglin, appointing him as a group advisor for the term from August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027
According to the announcement from ZhiFeng Industrial Electronics (01710), Mr. Dai Lianglin will resign as the company's executive director and authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective July 31, 2025;
Mr. Liang Dehao will be appointed as the company's executive director, effective August 1, 2025;
Ms. Liu Yun has been appointed as the authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective July 31, 2025;
In addition, on July 31, 2025, ZhiFeng Engineering (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) will enter into a consulting agreement with Mr. Dai Lianglin to appoint him as a group consultant, with the appointment period starting from August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027
