CHK OIL: Zheng Zhensheng has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process document agent
CHKOIL announced that Lin Wenjie has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from August 1, 2025. Zheng Zhensheng has been appointed as the new company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process document agent, and will also serve as the Chief Financial Officer, with the appointment also effective from August 1, 2025
According to the announcement from CHK OIL (00632), Mr. Lin Wenjie has resigned from his position as the company secretary, terminated his role as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and ceased to act as the authorized representative for receiving any legal documents or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from August 1, 2025.
The Board further announced that Mr. Zheng Zhensheng has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal document agent, all effective from August 1, 2025. Mr. Zheng was also appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company on the same day
