According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BEST MART 360 (02360) has announced that Mr. Li Guanpeng has resigned as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Company Authorized Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to a job transfer. His resignation will take effect on the day immediately following the date on which the company's shareholders approve the appointment of a new chairman at the upcoming special general meeting.
Mr. Sun Liang has been nominated as an Executive Director, but his appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the special general meeting.
In addition to the positions held by Mr. Lu Rong as Executive Director and members of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Governance Committee, he has also been appointed as Authorized Representative and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from the day immediately following the date of the special general meeting. Mr. Lu has also been nominated as Chairman, but his appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the special general meeting
