Vanke A: Shenzhen Metro Group provides the company with a loan of no more than 1.681 billion yuan

Vanke announced that its largest shareholder, Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., will provide the company with a loan of no more than 1.681 billion yuan. This loan is intended to repay the principal and interest of the bonds issued by the company in the public market, as well as the designated loan interest agreed upon by the lender. The loan term will not exceed 3 years. Shenzhen Metro Group has cumulatively provided loans to the company amounting to 22.688 billion yuan (excluding this loan)
