DREAMEAST (00593.HK) announced the acquisition of 88.235% equity in Guangzhou Lvy, which holds a property development project located in the Huadu District of Guangzhou through its 57.8% subsidiary Guangzhou Taihu, for a cash consideration of HKD 13 million.

The company's shares will be suspended from trading on March 11, 2024, and will remain suspended
