CHERISH SUN (01094.HK) announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending in March, with revenue of HKD 98.25 million, a year-on-year decline of 87.4%. It recorded a loss of HKD 124 million, compared to a net profit of HKD 660,000 in the previous year, turning from profit to loss; the loss per share was HKD 0.2318. No dividend was declared.

The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (11th)
