The loss attributable to shareholders was 9.055 million yuan, compared to a profit of 35.427 million yuan in the same period last year, with a basic loss per share of 0.61 yuan. The loss was mainly due to the inability to replicate the one-time gain from debt restructuring of 47.4 million yuan in the same period last year
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PASHUN INT'L (00574) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 48.693 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.28%. The loss attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 9.055 million, compared to a profit of HKD 35.427 million in the same period last year; basic loss per share was HKD 0.61.
The announcement stated that the shift from profit to loss during the period was mainly due to a one-time gain of HKD 47.4 million from debt restructuring for the six months ending June 30, 2024, which did not occur in the six months ending June 30, 2025
