A METAVERSE announced that Liu Dong resigned as executive director and multiple authorized representative positions due to pursuing other business interests, Liu Zongjun resigned as executive director and CEO, He Han resigned as executive director, and Lin Jiyang resigned as independent non-executive director and multiple committee chair positions. All changes will take effect from August 13, 2025
According to the announcement from A METAVERSE (01616), starting from August 13, 2025, Mr. Liu Dong has resigned as an executive director, the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the authorized representative to receive legal documents and notifications in Hong Kong as stipulated by the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), the chairman of the board, and a member of the company's remuneration committee due to his pursuit of other business undertakings; Mr. Liu Zongjun has resigned as an executive director and the CEO of the company due to his pursuit of other business undertakings; Mr. He Han has resigned as an executive director due to his pursuit of other business undertakings; and Mr. Lin Jiyang has resigned as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the company's audit committee, the chairman of the remuneration committee, and the chairman of the company's nomination committee
