BOSS ZHIPIN: Plans to distribute a dividend of 80 million USD and repurchase up to 250 million USD in the next 12 months

On August 20th, BOSS ZHIPIN announced two plans regarding shareholder returns, sharing the dividends of the company's continuous growth with all investors. The first is that the company will implement an "annual dividend policy," distributing cash dividends to shareholders annually based on the company's operational situation. The annual cash dividend for the fiscal year 2025 is expected to be distributed in October 2025, with a total proposed dividend amount of approximately $80 million. The second is the extension of the existing share repurchase plan approved in August 2024 for an additional 12 months until the end of August 2026, during which the company will repurchase up to $250 million worth of shares (previously planned for $150 million)
