
The results of the Hang Seng Index quarterly review are out! CHINA TELECOM, JD LOGISTICS, and POP MART have been added, increasing the number of constituent stocks to 88

Hang Seng Index Company announced the quarterly review results as of June 30, 2025, on August 22. CHINA TELECOM, JD LOGISTICS, and POP MART will be included in the Hang Seng Index constituent stocks, increasing the number of constituent stocks from 85 to 88. The changes will take effect after the market closes on September 5, 2025. POP MART will also be included in the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, with the number of constituent stocks remaining at 50. The number of constituent stocks in the Hang Seng Tech Index remains at 30
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on August 22, Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited ("Hang Seng Indexes Company") announced the results of the quarterly review of the Hang Seng Index series as of June 30, 2025. All changes will be implemented after the market closes on September 5, 2025 (Friday) and will take effect from September 8, 2025 (Monday). Among them, CHINA TELECOM (00728), JD LOGISTICS (02618), and POP MART (09992) will be included in the constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Index, increasing the number of constituent stocks from 85 to 88.

There are no changes to the constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Tech Index, maintaining the number of constituent stocks at 30.
- Hang Seng Composite Index
China Foods (00506), Heng Rui Pharmaceuticals (01276), and others will be included in the constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Composite Index, while Crown City Watch & Jewelry (00256), Sipai Health (00314), and others will be removed. The number of constituent stocks will increase from 502 to 504.
