VANKE OVERSEAS released its interim results for the period ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 370 million, an increase of 124.06% year-on-year. However, the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 101 million, an increase of 244.13% year-on-year, with a loss per share of HKD 0.26. The revenue growth was mainly due to the handover of sold units, but the decrease in management service income affected overall revenue
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Vanke Overseas (01036) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 370 million, an increase of 124.06% year-on-year; the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 101 million, an increase of 244.13% year-on-year; and the loss per share was HKD 0.26.
The increase in the Group's revenue was mainly due to the combined effects of the following factors: the handover of sold units of Lianfang I to buyers during the period; however, revenue decreased due to the following factors: a reduction in income generated from management services, which was due to a decrease in investment capital from the parties involved in contracts in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the United States
