RENZE HARVEST issued a profit warning, expecting a mid-term loss not exceeding HKD 50 million for the period ending June 30, 2025, a decrease compared to the same period last year. The unaudited consolidated loss for the same period in 2024 was HKD 143 million. The main reasons for the reduction in loss include: revenue increased from HKD 379 million in the same period of 2024 to HKD 457 million, other income was HKD 160,000, while other losses in the same period of 2024 were HKD 60.107 million, and the write-down of property inventory significantly decreased to HKD 7.208 million
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RENZE HARVEST (01282) announced that the Group expects to incur a loss of no more than approximately HKD 50 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to an unaudited consolidated loss of approximately HKD 143 million for the same period in 2024. The expected decrease in loss during this period is mainly attributed to: revenue increasing from approximately HKD 379 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, to approximately HKD 457 million for this period; other income of approximately HKD 160,000 for this period, compared to other losses of approximately HKD 60.107 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024; and a significant reduction in property inventory write-downs to approximately HKD 7.208 million for this period, compared to HKD 67.952 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024
