"Performance" Greentown Management Holdings' interim net profit of RMB 256 million fell by 48.9%, with a dividend of 7.6 cents

Greentown Management Holdings (09979.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ending in June, with revenue of 1.374 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.7%. It recorded a net profit of 256 million yuan, down 48.9%, with earnings per share of 0.13 yuan. The interim dividend is 0.076 yuan. There was no dividend declared in the same period last year
