QYUNS-B completed the placement of 5 million shares at a placement price of HKD 20.0 per share, with the subscriber being TruMed Health Innovation Fund LP. The placement was completed on August 25, 2025, with the placed shares accounting for approximately 2.25% of the number of shares issued prior to the placement and approximately 2.20% after the placement
According to the announcement from QYUNS-B (02509), all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement on August 25, 2025.
According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent successfully placed a total of 5 million placement shares to a subscriber (i.e., TruMed Health Innovation Fund LP) at a placement price of HKD 20.0 per share, accounting for (i) approximately 2.25% of the number of issued shares immediately before the completion of the placement; and (ii) approximately 2.20% of the number of issued shares after the placement shares are allotted and issued
