At the 2025 mid-term performance meeting held by YUEXIU PROPERTY today, regarding the sale of completed properties, YUEXIU PROPERTY Chairman Lin Zhaoyuan stated in an interview with reporters that under the new model of real estate development, the industry will ultimately move towards a completed property sales model, but it will take some time and will currently be conducted in a pilot form. He believes that the sale of completed properties may reduce developers' willingness to purchase land and could have a certain impact on land transfers in the short term. "Currently, there is a complete policy system to support the sale of pre-sold properties, and achieving the sale of completed properties will also require many supporting measures, such as financial and development loan policies."
