HORIZONROBOT-W: Xu Jian has been appointed as Executive Director
HORIZONROBOT-W announced that Tao Feiwen resigned as executive director due to health reasons, and Zhang Juehui resigned as non-executive director due to retirement. Dr. Xu Jian has been appointed as executive director, and Mr. Zhang Jianjun has been appointed as non-executive director. Ms. Tao will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative, and Dr. Xu will take over, with the changes effective from August 27, 2025
