China Feihe plans to repurchase 1 billion yuan of shares and distribute approximately 1 billion yuan in mid-term dividends, with total dividends expected to be no less than 2 billion yuan in 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 9.15 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), net profit of 1.03 billion yuan, and abundant cash flow of 6.48 billion yuan, demonstrating a solid operational foundation and financial resilience. In the first half of 2025, Feihe's infant formula powder maintained its position as the market leader in both market share and sales across all channels.
During the period, Feihe drove development through hard technology innovation, launching the "Milk Protein Fresh Extraction Technology" and the country's first full-spectrum database of HMOs, continuously strengthening its technological barriers. The internationalization strategy accelerated with significant results, with over 1,500 supermarkets in North America, and the number of overseas stores increased by 270% year-on-year. The Southeast Asia layout is also progressing, successfully entering the Philippine market.
The company announced plans to invest 1 billion yuan for share repurchase and distribute approximately 1 billion yuan in interim dividends, expecting the total dividend distribution for 2025 to be no less than 2 billion yuan, returning real value to investors.
