CHICMAX plans to lease properties in Shanghai for office and research purposes
According to the announcement from CHICMAX, the group (as the tenant) has entered into a lease agreement with an independent third party, Shanghai Tianyu Shihong Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (as the owner). Under the lease agreement, the group agrees to lease the property (Building 4, 3-20 floors, XH221-01, 710 Yishan Road, Shanghai) for a term from February 16, 2026, to February 15, 2035 (including the first and last days) for office and research purposes
