EGL HOLDINGS: Yuan Haoyi will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer
EGL HOLDINGS announced executive appointments effective October 2, 2025: Hsuan Kuo-Chuan will serve as Chairman of the Board, Yuan Hao-Yi will serve as Chief Executive Officer, Liang Cheng-Chao will serve as Chief Financial Officer, Li Bao-Fen will serve as Chief Operating Officer, and Huang Li-Ming will serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. In addition, Liang Cheng-Chao will serve as Authorized Representative and Legal Process Agent starting September 1, 2025
According to the announcement from EGL HOLDINGS (06882), effective October 2, 2025: Mr. Hsuan Kuo-Chuan (executive director) will be appointed as the chairman of the board; Ms. Yuan Hao-Yi (executive director) will be appointed as the chief executive officer; Mr. Leung Cheng-Chiu (executive director) will be appointed as the chief financial officer; Ms. Li Bao-Fen (executive director) will be appointed as the chief operating officer; and Ms. Huang Li-Ming (independent non-executive director) will be appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
Mr. Leung Cheng-Chiu (executive director) has been appointed as the authorized representative and legal process agent, effective September 1, 2025
