New World Development (00017.HK) K11 MUSEA mall's foot traffic in August reached a new monthly high since its opening. Throughout the summer vacation, the average single transaction spending by tourists also increased by approximately 30% year-on-year.

The group indicated that K11 MUSEA and K11 Art Mall attracted visitors through a series of events since early July this year, with overall foot traffic in August rising by about 20% year-on-year. K11 also collaborated with merchants to offer consumer benefits, driving visitor spending throughout the summer vacation, with K11 MUSEA's average single transaction spending increasing by about 30% year-on-year. The performance of watch and jewelry brands was particularly outstanding, with member sales increasing by 20% year-on-year.

In mainland China, Tianjin K11 Select saw foot traffic grow by 12% year-on-year in July, surpassing 430,000 visitors, setting a new monthly high since its opening; during the same period, overall sales increased by 19% compared to last year.

Guangzhou K11 hosted the "100% Doraemon & FRIENDS" touring exhibition in the summer and introduced over 30 high-end brand flagship stores and new concept stores, leading to a 36% year-on-year increase in foot traffic during the summer vacation, with overall sales also rising by 24% year-on-year.

The summer sales exhibition activities for mainland properties significantly boosted the viewing volume of residential projects such as "Triumph New World," "New World - Tianfu," and "New World Starshine." Among them, the daily visitor count for the "New World Starshine" sales exhibition exceeded 150 groups; the visitor count for "New World? Tianfu" during the sales exhibition period increased by 1.3 times month-on-month, prompting the project to launch 88 river view units. The visitor count for "Triumph New World" increased by 85% month-on-month, and the project also launched low-density villas with a construction area of approximately 2,734 to 8,988 square feet
