The unveiling of the pilot line for advanced semiconductor nano-level photoresist in Wuxi

On September 4th, the 2025 Integrated Circuit Innovation Development Conference opened in Wuxi. At this conference, the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center's automotive-grade chip pilot service platform, Wuxi's advanced process semiconductor nanoscale photoresist pilot line, and Jiangsu's photoresist resin synthesis pilot line were inaugurated. The Jiangsu Provincial Center of the China Open Instruction Ecosystem (RISC-V) Alliance was launched, and the Wuxi Urban Intelligent Computing Cloud Center node was announced, providing a more comprehensive ecological support for the innovation exploration of integrated circuit companies in Wuxi in terms of talent, technology, and other aspects
