The National Healthcare Security Administration has issued a notice regarding the public selection of undertaking units for the 2025 research topics. According to work needs, one research topic is now publicly soliciting undertaking units from society. Research topic: Optimization and application research of disability level assessment standards for long-term care insurance. Research purpose: To coordinate the current standards for the assessment of the capabilities of the elderly and disabled individuals in China, combining medical testing, diagnostic information, and big data information from healthcare insurance, to optimize and improve the long-term care insurance disability level assessment standard system, introducing more quantifiable, traceable, and objectively evaluable assessment elements, enhancing the professionalism, objectivity, accuracy, and compatibility of the assessment, promoting multi-scenario application adaptation, and forming policy recommendations for improving the nationwide unified disability level assessment standards, promoting mutual recognition of assessment results nationwide, and relevant departments using them as needed
