SY HOLDINGS Chairman spends over 30 million to increase shareholding

SY HOLDINGS (06069.HK) announced that on September 3rd, Mr. Tung Chi Fung, the chairman and controlling shareholder, purchased 2.671 million shares in the open market through his controlled entity Wisdom Cosmos, at a price ranging from HKD 11.29 to HKD 11.86 per share, with an increase of over HKD 30 million. After the completion, Wisdom Cosmos and Mr. Tung hold approximately 55.99% of the company's equity
