According to multiple sources, Geely's intelligent driving integration has made substantial progress: On September 8th, senior management from Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Qianli Intelligent Driving participated in the first organizational structure presentation meeting after the merger, where the current organizational planning chart after team integration was introduced. From the newly formed organizational structure planning chart, it can be seen that the internal R&D department of Qianli Intelligent Driving adopts a matrix management structure, and in addition to the vertical functional departments such as system development, platform development, algorithm development, and data development, three horizontal departments have been added—CTO Management Office, Pre-research Product Line, and Project Management Office, which are respectively led by CTO Yang Mu, Chief Scientist Yuan Pingyi, and Chen Qichuan's former subordinate Chen Baocheng at ZEEKR.
