The People's Bank of China: The adjusted evaluation method for primary dealers will be implemented starting in 2025. Primary dealers that behave improperly during the evaluation period will be suspended from participating in open market operations
中国央行：为适应货币政策操作框架转型和金融市场发展，更加注重货币政策传导，央行进一步优化简并考评指标，明确对各类型机构分类实施考核，并加强与债券做市商考核的联动。调整后的一级交易商考评办法将从 2025 年启用，2025 年度公开市场业务一级交易商名单维持不变。考评期内行为不当的一级交易商将被暂停参与公开市场操作，情节严重的将在第二年被取消一级交易商资格。
