Due to work relocation, Wang Xizhen requested to resign from the positions of president, executive director, and member of the Strategic Development Committee, Related Party Transactions and Risk Control Committee, and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the board. Wang Xizhen will no longer perform duties at the bank starting from September 12, 2025</p>
