KINGDEE INT'L plans to acquire 62.764% of Yunzhijia's equity for 68.25 million yuan. After the acquisition, its stake in Yunzhijia will increase to 70.3013%, and Yunzhijia will become its subsidiary. This move aligns with KINGDEE INT'L's core strategy, aiming to accelerate AI transformation and promote long-term growth. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingdee International (00268) announced that on September 15, 2025, Diechuang Holdings (as the seller) and Hongjin Investment (a controlled structured entity in the group's consolidated financial statements, as the buyer) entered into an equity transfer agreement, under which Diechuang Holdings conditionally agreed to sell 62.764% of the equity of Yunzhijia to Hongjin Investment for a consideration of RMB 68.25 million.
Upon completion of the acquisition, the group's equity in Yunzhijia will increase from the existing 7.5373% to 70.3013%, and Yunzhijia will become a subsidiary of the company.
