The four parties will jointly invest to establish a joint venture company, primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sales of smart off-road vehicles. According to relevant sources, this indicates that "the new company's production models will use the 'M' shaped logo, just like the products under Mengshi Technology, and more importantly, the channels of the two companies will also be unified."
