Ford China announces the establishment of a wholly-owned Ford Sales and Service Company

On September 23rd, Ford Motor announced the establishment of Ford Motor Sales and Service Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ford, it will be fully responsible for managing the marketing, sales, and service operations of Ford brand passenger cars and pickup trucks in the Chinese market. At the same time, Chen Xiaobo will officially join Ford China as the president of Ford Sales and Service Co., Ltd., reporting to Wu Shengbo, president and CEO of Ford China and Ford International Markets Group. It is understood that Ford Sales and Service Co., Ltd. will officially commence operations on October 1, 2025
