According to reports, TONGCHENG Group's affiliated company, eLong Network Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "eLong Network"), has obtained a payment license by acquiring 100% equity of Newborn Payment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Newborn Payment"). Currently, the business registration information of Newborn Payment has been partially changed, and it is reported that relevant information will also be disclosed by the People's Bank of China
