The reduction in loss was mainly due to the decrease in impairment losses and depreciation of properties, plants, and equipment, but the decrease in the fair value changes of financial assets and the increase in employee costs affected performance

The announcement stated that the reduction in loss was mainly due to the absence of impairment losses on properties, plants, and equipment of approximately HKD 9.9 million and a decrease in depreciation of approximately HKD 8.9 million.
