KEYNE LTD (00009.HK) announced its annual results for the year ending 2023, with revenue recorded at HKD 38.77 million, an increase of 125.6% year-on-year. The loss widened from HKD 506 million in the previous year to HKD 1.422 billion, with a loss per share of HKD 0.3986. No dividend will be declared.

The company's shares will be suspended from trading starting April 2, 2024, and will remain suspended
