KEYNE LTD (00009.HK) announced its annual results for the year ending 2024, with revenue recorded at HKD 460,000, a year-on-year decrease of 98.8%. It recorded a net profit of HKD 615 million, compared to a loss of HKD 1.422 billion in the previous year, turning from loss to profit; earnings per share were 17.22 cents. No dividend was declared.

The company's shares will be suspended from trading starting April 2, 2024, and will remain suspended
