VC HOLDINGS announced that Zhang Li will be appointed as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board starting from October 2, 2025. Fu Yaowen will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board but will continue as Executive Director. At the same time, Zhang Li will also serve as Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Fu Yaowen will continue as a member of the Executive Committee. According to the announcement from Huiying Holdings (00821), Zhang Li has been appointed as an executive director, effective from October 2, 2025.
Following the appointment of Zhang Li, the board hereby announces that Zhang Li has also been appointed as the chairman of the board, while Fu Yaowen will no longer serve as chairman but will continue as an executive director, effective from October 2, 2025.
The board further announces that after the appointment of Zhang Li, he has also been appointed as the chairman of the executive committee, while Fu Yaowen will no longer serve as chairman of the executive committee but will continue as a member of the executive committee, effective from October 2, 2025.
