WENYE GROUP has submitted a review request to the Listing Review Committee

WENYE GROUP (01802.HK) announced that on October 3rd, the company submitted a written request to the Listing Review Committee, seeking further and final review of the Listing Committee's decision in accordance with the listing rules.

On September 23rd, the company received a notification from the Exchange's Listing Committee, stating that the company failed to maintain sufficient operational scale and assets of sufficient value to support its operations, and did not meet the conditions required by Listing Rule 13.24, thus deemed unsuitable for listing. Therefore, it was decided to uphold the listing decision and suspend the trading of the company's shares in accordance with the listing rules
