The new lending regulations officially implemented! List of bank partners revealed

The "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Internet Assistance Loan Business of Commercial Banks to Improve the Quality and Efficiency of Financial Services" was officially implemented on October 1, 2025. On the eve of the new regulations for assistance loans coming into effect, a number of domestic and foreign banks have accelerated the disclosure of the list of internet loan cooperation institutions. For example, on September 26, CITIC Consumer Finance announced the list of cooperation institutions for internet assistance loan business on its official website, including 19 platform operating institutions and 15 credit enhancement service institutions; on September 12, Huishang Bank's official website published the list of cooperation institutions for its internet loan business, with major partners including Ant Group, MYbank, WeBank, and Chongqing Ant Consumer Finance among other leading institutions
