
International gold prices hit a new high, with the price of pure gold jewelry in the domestic market rising by about 60 yuan since the beginning of the month
On the afternoon of October 13th, Beijing time, international gold prices hit a new high. According to Wind data, as of 16:42 on the same day, COMEX gold futures and London spot gold rose approximately 2.3% and 1.3% respectively, with intraday highs breaking $4096.7 per ounce and $4078.09 per ounce, once again setting historical records. On that day, the prices of domestic pure gold jewelry announced by several gold jewelry brands also climbed to around 1190 yuan per gram. Specifically, on October 13th, the domestic prices for Chow Tai Fook pure gold, LUK FOOK HOLD pure gold 999/pure gold, Chao Hong Ji pure gold, and Tse Sui Luen pure gold jewelry were 1190 yuan per gram, an increase of 61 yuan per gram compared to October 1st; the price for Lao Miao gold pure gold jewelry in the Shanghai region was 1189 yuan per gram, an increase of 64 yuan per gram compared to October 1st; and the domestic price for Chow Sang Sang pure gold jewelry was 1188 yuan per gram, an increase of 58 yuan per gram compared to October 1st
