CONCORD NE subsidiary signs procurement and construction agreement
CONCORD NE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Blue Heron Solar has signed a procurement and construction agreement worth approximately $114 million with contractor NoBull Energy. The project is located in the United States and includes approximately 147 megawatts of solar power generation capacity and a 361 megawatt-hour battery storage system, expected to be completed by the end of July 2027. The owner will directly procure the necessary equipment, including the main power transformers and photovoltaic modules
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CONCORD NE (00182) announced that after the trading session on October 14, 2025, the owner Blue Heron Solar (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a procurement and construction agreement with the contractor NoBull Energy, with the owner commissioning the contractor to undertake the project at a contract price of approximately USD 114 million.
The contractor shall undertake the project for the owner on a full-package, fixed-price basis with guaranteed completion dates, which includes procurement, installation, construction, testing, grid connection, and commissioning services for the project. The project consists of a power generation facility located in the United States, including approximately 147 megawatts of solar power capacity on the AC side, as well as a related battery energy storage system with a capacity of approximately 361 megawatt-hours. The owner will directly procure several pieces of equipment required for the project, including the main power transformer, battery energy storage system, and photovoltaic solar modules. The project will be completed no later than the end of July 2027
