
Families of victims of the Jeju Air disaster in South Korea sue Boeing
Today, Asia cited a report from Yonhap News Agency stating that the families of the victims of the Jeju Air disaster in South Korea have filed an international lawsuit against the aircraft manufacturer Boeing, questioning the existence of composite defects in the aircraft's equipment. Among the three international law firms commissioned, two have recently submitted lawsuits. On December 29, 2024, at approximately 9:07 AM, Jeju Air flight 7C2216, which took off from Bangkok, Thailand, crashed while landing at Wosan Airport in South Jeolla Province, South Korea. Of the 175 passengers and 6 crew members on board, only 2 flight attendants were rescued, while the remaining 179 people all perished
