ZYBANK: Liu Kai resigns from the position of president
ZYBANK announced that due to work adjustments, President Liu Kai has resigned, effective from October 17, 2025. The board of directors has approved the appointment of Zhou Feng as the new president, whose qualifications are subject to approval by the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau and require approval from the shareholders' meeting
According to the announcement from ZYBANK (01216), due to work adjustments, Mr. Liu Kai will no longer serve as the president of the bank, effective October 17, 2025.
On October 17, 2025, the board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Zhou Feng as the president of the bank and recommended the appointment of Mr. Zhou as an executive director of the third board of directors (recommended appointment). Mr. Zhou's qualifications to serve as the president of the bank are subject to approval by the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration (Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau), and the recommended appointment must be approved by the shareholders at the bank's shareholders' meeting and receive approval from the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau for his qualifications to take effect
