Yin Yong stated that it is necessary to establish and improve a sustainable urban renewal mechanism, promote the transformation of urban development and construction methods, and continuously improve urban forms. We should adhere to the concept of green development, explore sustainable models for urban renewal tailored to local conditions, and promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in key areas such as construction and energy. It is essential to improve the community governance system, focus on guiding residents' participation, vigorously promote the renovation and upgrading of old communities, and pay attention to two "key small matters": waste sorting and property management. We need to dynamically improve incentive policies related to land and investment financing, mobilize participation from all parties, better utilize market mechanisms, and ensure the effective implementation of urban renewal policies. A new model for real estate development should be constructed, dynamically adjusting the supply-demand balance, improving the housing system that integrates rental and purchase, better meeting the housing needs of citizens for improvement, and ensuring housing security for groups such as young people, low-income and disadvantaged groups, and personnel providing basic urban services, thereby promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market
