Anshi Semiconductor: Production and operations are normal, employee salaries are paid by domestic companies
Wentai Technology (600745.SH) subsidiary Nexperia has been taken over by the Dutch government. Nexperia's domestic WeChat public account issued an open letter to employees, stating that the production and operation of Nexperia's domestic company are currently normal, and all work is progressing in an orderly manner; all domestic operational entities and employee salaries and benefits are normal, with salaries, bonuses, and other benefits continuing to be issued by Nexperia's domestic company rather than the Nexperia Dutch entity.
The open letter also mentioned that Nexperia's domestic company is a Chinese enterprise rooted in operations in China and strategically looking at the global market, and must comply with Chinese laws and operate legally and compliantly. According to relevant legal provisions, the company has an independent legal personality, and no one may abuse their rights to harm the interests of the company and its shareholders. At all times, Nexperia's domestic company operates and makes decisions independently as a Chinese enterprise.
Domestic media "Daily Economic News" sent reporters to inspect Nexperia's Dongguan factory, discovering that the factory has restricted shipments since the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday and plans to implement a "four days on, three days off" work schedule. Meanwhile, traders have confirmed that products are facing shortages and price increase pressures
