WEIMOB INC plans to cooperate with Douyin Group for business collaboration
WEIMOB INC announced a business cooperation with Douyin Group's giant engine, becoming its comprehensive advertising agency and service provider, with a license valid until December 31, 2025. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEIMOB INC (02013) announced that the group has officially started business cooperation with Douyin Group's comprehensive digital marketing service platform, Douyin Engine. The group's subsidiary, Shanghai Mengyao Information Technology Co., Ltd., has become a comprehensive agent for Douyin Engine's advertising business and a service provider for Douyin Qianchuan, with the license period from September 26, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
The group will leverage its leading AI technology capabilities, mature sales channels, excellent service operations, and solid customer base to actively expand its advertising business share on Douyin Engine, promote further growth in marketing business revenue and profits, and seek more cooperation opportunities in other business directions. The group will also continue to expand more diverse platform channels to bring new growth momentum to business development and provide high-quality long-term value returns to shareholders
