BIOHEART-B (02185.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder Wang Li plans to increase his holdings of the company's H shares in the open market through his wholly-owned Winning Powerful within approximately twelve months, with a total amount not exceeding 15 million yuan. Currently, Winning Powerful holds 45.6455 million H shares, accounting for about 18.75% of the company's equity
